Oleg Chykyda is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, CEO, and co-owner of the ZPEK group of companies, which specializes in the import and trade of petroleum products. He co-founded the group with partners in 2023, and within a few years, ZPEK was able to secure a prominent position in Ukraine's fuel market.

The group includes the companies «Zahidna Palivno-Energetychna Kompaniia,» «Khimzakhid,» «Tom Trans Ukraina,» «Oil Vest Kompanii,» «ZPEK Training,» «Ukrainska Naftova Grupa,» «Phoenix Retail,» and «Elektrotechnolohii UA.» By the end of 2025, ZPEK entered the top ten largest diesel fuel importers in Ukraine and ranked fifth among companies supplying it by rail. Under the leadership of Oleg Chykyda, the group is consistently increasing its market presence and expanding its business activities.

In addition to developing its import activities, ZPEK is actively working to enter the retail segment of the fuel market. The company has announced the creation of its own chain of gas stations under the «Phoenix Energy» brand, with its launch scheduled for 2026.
